The kind of Brunches you’d eat in the sunshine on the East Coast of Australia.....but in Kent!!
The recipes for this workshop are inspired by my adventures Down Under - and include Auzzie style toasted Banana Bread with whipped cinnamon butter, Avo Toast like you’ve never seen it before (!), the Ultimate Vegan Nourish Bowl, and some Coconutty Bliss Balls for those brunches on the go!
This is a fun, hands-on 2.5 hour workshop exploring fresh flavours and techniques.
Taught in Joy Neal’s home teaching kitchen, Bake Me Happy workshops are relaxed and informal, while being packed full of useful hints and tips to improve your kitchen confidence.
Bake me Happy workshops are for a maximum of 8 people and are taught in a practical, hands-on way. They are suitable for complete novices as well as competent home cooks wanting fresh inspiration.
You’ll enjoy teas, coffees, a glass of wine or two and some delicious food while learning new techniques and skills. And at the end of the session you will take home what you have made.
Come with a friend, partner or on your own – you’re sure to meet other lovely like minded cooks here!
