A brilliant introduction to Bread Baking. This is the most popular workshop in the Bake me Happy kitchen (if you're interested!)

Over the course of a 3 hour session we make 3 fresh breads from scratch - Italian Focaccia, Seeded Rolls, Spelt & Oat Soda bread.

Taught in Joy Neal’s home teaching kitchen, Bake Me Happy workshops are relaxed and informal, while being packed full of useful hints and tips to improve your kitchen confidence.

Bake me Happy workshops are for a maximum of 8 people and are taught in a practical, hands-on way. They are suitable for complete novices as well as competent home cooks wanting fresh inspiration. 

You’ll enjoy teas, coffees, a glass of wine or two and some delicious food while learning new techniques and skills. And at the end of the session you will take home what you have made.
