More Dough

This workshop is a great follow on from the 'Dough' workshop or stand-alone class for bread enthusiasts! 

At this 3 hour session you'll learn how to bake 3 different yeasted breads - Cinnamon Buns, Plaited Cholla bread and Basil, Tomato & Mozzarella Loaf...all of which you'll take home at the end! 

Taught in Joy Neal’s home teaching kitchen, Bake Me Happy workshops are relaxed and informal, while being packed full of useful hints and tips to improve your kitchen confidence.

Bake me Happy workshops are for a maximum of 8 people and are taught in a practical, hands-on way. They are suitable for complete novices as well as competent home cooks wanting fresh inspiration. 

You’ll enjoy teas, coffees, a glass of wine or two and some delicious food while learning new techniques and skills. And at the end of the session you will take home what you have made.
