Spring Savoury Bakes

I love savoury baking - and the recipes we'll be creating at this workshop are some of my favourites! On the menu are: Savoury Herb & Tomato scones, Spring Vegetable Tarts, Spring onion & Courgette fritters.

(Please note: all the recipes at this workshops can be made Vegan if you wish - or have cheese added if you don't!!) 

Taught in Joy Neal’s home teaching kitchen, Bake Me Happy workshops are relaxed and informal, while being packed full of useful hints and tips to improve your kitchen confidence.

Bake me Happy workshops are for a maximum of 8 people and are taught in a practical, hands-on way. They are suitable for complete novices as well as competent home cooks wanting fresh inspiration. 

You’ll enjoy teas, coffees, a glass of wine or two and some delicious food while learning new techniques and skills. And at the end of the session you will take home what you have made.
