Banoffee Layer Cake
2 layers of moist banana sponge cake, filled and topped with a toffee flavour buttercream, and decorated with dried banana, caramel sauce, and toffee pieces.
The cake is presented in a cardboard cake box for easy transportation and storage. It tastes best eaten within 2-3 days, and does not need to be kept in the fridge.
