Carrot Cake - A moist, lightly spiced sponge cake generously filled and topped with cream cheese frosting, and garnished with cinnamon-spiced granola.

The cake is presented in a cardboard cake box for easy transportation and storage. It tastes best eaten within 2-3 days, and needs to be kept in the fridge.
