Lemon Curd Layer Cake - 2 layers of light, zesty sponge dredged with fresh lemon juice and zest, with a crunchy lemon sugar topping, and filled with lemon curd and lemon buttercream (or fresh whipped cream if you prefer).
The cake is presented in a cardboard cake box for easy transportation and storage. It tastes best eaten within 2-3 days, and does not need to be kept in the fridge. (Please note: If you choose a fresh cream filling the cake should be kept in the fridge and eaten the same day)
